- Good oral hygiene: Brush at least twice daily with a soft-bristle brush and non-abrasive toothpaste. Floss daily.
- Avoid staining foods and drinks: Limit your consumption of coffee, tea, wine, berries, sports drinks, and tobacco as much as possible. Rinse your mouth or brush soon afterward to reduce staining.
