Rinse them with lukewarm water every time you remove them. Clean them daily with a soft toothbrush and a small amount of clear dish soap — not toothpaste, which is abrasive and can scratch the plastic. Never soak them in hot water or mouthwash with artificial coloring. Invisalign cleaning crystals are also available and work well.
