How Much Is Invisalign?

Invisalign before and after

Invisalign is an absolutely amazing product. It has been around for more than 20 years and continues to get better. Even after the millions ( and I mean many millions) they spend on refining their product I still believe Metal or Clear braces are the way to go. That’s why with my patients in Allen, TX I still recommend clear braces over Invisalign for the more difficult cases.

Now I don’t want to let you think that you can’t get a great result with clear aligners it’s just they are not for everyone. We have treated hundreds of cases with Invisalign and patients love the results. They love their before and after pictures and love showing off their brand new straight smile.

Invisalign attachments

You may have heard about Invisalign attachments. If you had Invisalign 10 years ago those attachments were basically as big as braces. Times have definitely changed as they are so small now they are barely noticeable.

Invisalign attachments help your tooth latch onto the trays better. Most teeth that have a larger movement needed with have attachments placed on them. It’s sometimes difficult to know exactly where Invisalign will add them but basically if you notice your tooth is pretty shifted you can all but guarantee there will be an attachment placed on that tooth. Yet have no fear as it’s only temporary and will come off as soon as you are done treatment.

Alright now for the goods. How much does invisalign cost?

Invisalign is always more expensive than clear or metal braces. The price range is pretty large because it really depends on the length of treatment, any appliances needed, and insurance. I would say a rough estimate could be anywhere from $3500 to $6500 but it could be even less or even more. I know that’s a HUGE price range but it’s so hard to give an exact number.

Honestly, the easiest way to know is to just come in for a FREE CONSULT in Frisco, TX. Yes, that’s F R E E. That way you can know exactly what you are getting into. You’ll be able to understand the price it will cost you, the monthly payments (yes we do no interest payment plans), and if your insurance covers clear aligners.

Conclusion

The exact pricing of Invisalign is hard to nail down because it varies depending on treatment time, insurance, and any other appliances needed. Not everyone is a great candidate for clear aligners but if you are it’s an absolutely great product. It’s been around for over 20 years and it’s only getting better.
