With over 12 years of experience in the dental field, I currently serve as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Thrive Dental & Orthodontics. My journey into dentistry began unexpectedly—as a summer job working as a lab technician. What started as a short-term role quickly evolved into a lifelong passion and a fulfilling career. Through dedication, resilience, and a genuine love for helping others, I worked my way up and never looked back.
Today, I’m honored to be part of a team that prioritizes patient care, innovation, and professional growth. I’m deeply committed to supporting dental professionals in reaching their full potential and ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, top-tier care. For me, dentistry is more than fixing teeth—it’s about restoring confidence, building trust, and making a lasting impact on people’s lives.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to an energetic 7-year-old son, with another baby boy on the way. Family is my foundation, and I cherish the close bond we share. I also enjoy running, listening to music, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys whenever I get the chance.
I have no intention of ever leaving the dental field. This career chose me as much as I chose it, and I’m grateful every day to be part of something that truly transforms lives.
