Hi, I’m Samantha Green, the Chief Operating Officer at Thrive Dental & Orthodontics. I’ve been in the dental field for 14 years, beginning my journey as a registered dental assistant in 2011.
From day one, I fell in love with dentistry and knew I wanted to understand every part of what makes a dental practice truly exceptional. I’ve always had a strong passion for leadership, and over the years, that drive pushed me to grow through nearly every role in the office, including front desk, insurance, billing, and management. I’ve also had the opportunity to work across multiple specialties, including Endodontics, Oral Surgery, General Dentistry, and Orthodontics, which has given me a well-rounded view of the field.
That experience led me to become a regional manager, then Executive Vice President, and now COO. In my current role at Thrive, I lead operations, business development, team performance, and the systems that support long-term growth. I focus on building processes that promote accountability, strengthen culture, and create an exceptional experience for both our patients and our team.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mother. I bring that same level of care and purpose into how I lead, and I truly believe that great dentistry starts with great people.
