Hi, I’m Crystal Montañez, and I’m proud to serve as the HR and Operations Manager at Thrive Dental. My journey with Thrive has been both deeply rewarding and full of personal and professional growth. Each day brings new opportunities to support our incredible team and positively impact our offices and patients.
In my role, I oversee a wide range of responsibilities—from hiring and onboarding to managing team schedules and helping navigate day-to-day challenges. I collaborate closely with leadership and team members across all locations to ensure our offices run smoothly and that every individual feels supported, heard, and valued. I’m passionate about cultivating a work environment that empowers people to grow, thrive, and bring their best selves to work.
What drives me most is knowing that the work I do behind the scenes enables our doctors, hygienists, and support staff to focus on delivering exceptional care. When our team feels appreciated and equipped, it shines through in the patient experience and strengthens the incredible culture that sets Thrive apart.
I lead with heart, faith, and a genuine love for people. I believe in showing up consistently, leading by example, and being someone my team can count on.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mother. My family is my greatest blessing and a constant source of motivation. Whether at home or in the office, my goal is to uplift others and make a meaningful difference every day.
