Hey loves! I’m Bibi Barajas, and I proudly serve as the Regional Manager for Thrive Dental & Orthodontics. This role is so much more than a title—it’s a purpose-driven journey I’m honored to share with an extraordinary team. Being part of the Thrive family is a true blessing, and I’m grateful every day to wake up and do what I love.
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is connecting with our incredible patients and helping transform not only their smiles, but their confidence. There’s nothing more fulfilling than watching someone leave our office brighter and happier than when they walked in. It’s the “why” behind everything I do.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mama to two beautiful kiddos—Alexxander and Avyanna—who are the lights of my life. Motherhood fills my heart and fuels everything I do. Their love inspires me to show up as my best self, at home and in my career.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me soaking up quality time with my family—that’s where I feel most grounded and at peace. I’m also passionate about health and wellness; the gym is my sanctuary for recharging and staying balanced. I love trying new restaurants, traveling to new places, and dancing my heart out at live concerts—because life is all about savoring the moments that make you feel truly alive.
